The plain answers

The things people ask at the counter.

Six answers, in full. People ask all six at the counter. Here they are before you drive over.

  1. Diamond certification

Graded stones come with the report. Match its number to the stone.

  2. Lab-grown

Same stone, chemically. A different price. Ask which it is, and I will tell you.

  3. Resizing

Up or down. Quoted first, done here.

  4. Returns and exchanges

Stated plainly, in writing, before you pay.

  5. Warranty on my own work

Custom and repair both. What is covered, and for how long, in writing.

  6. Custom deposits

Part up front, the rest at pickup. The estimate is written down.

Before you come in

Bring what you have.

  • If it is a repair, bring the piece.
  • If it is an idea, bring a photo of it.
  • If it is a purchase, bring the number you have in mind.
  • Or start from your phone, before you drive over.
